MOLEC™ CHAIN OIL comes in two grades for optimal year-round performance. LIGHT/WINTER is a winter grade of oil designed to stay-in-place with better cold weather flow properties. ALL SEASON is recommended for hot spring/summer/fall and moderate winter conditions. These premium quality fluids are formulated with dedicated top-tier base oils and an excellent tackifier additive that improves adhesion and resist’s “sling-off” as well as special friction, rust, corrosion and wear reducing additives. These chain oils have been developed specifically for use in the logging industry, to prevent wear on mechanical harvesters equipped with bars and chains, although they can be used for all chain and bar applications, as well as chain conveyors and drive chains that require extreme pressure qualities and stay-in-place performance.
